Features
- Our oven walls are 65mm thick castable refractory clay, topped with two layers of human-safe bio-soluble insulation blanket and finished with a hard render shell.
- The 50mm thick firebrick floor sits on a Calcium-silicate board floor giving our ovens brilliant insulating and heat retention properties.
- Our stainless-steel oven door includes a 25mm solid insulation panel and strong ergonomic handles.
- A 0-600 degrees C temperature gauge is integrated into the oven dome (not the door).
