We are not much for mission statements or blowing our own trumpet – We are all about making great Woodfired ovens – and making them in Australia. 

We are passionate about food and fire – sitting around it, stoking it and cooking with it.  We teamed up with someone who has decades of experience in refractory and casting to create a brilliant woodfired oven.
